Charge Artist: Glenn Pepe
As the charge artist, I created a paint schedule, ordered paint, and instructed students of varying skill levels. In the images bellow, you can see a sample of the schedule and a paint order estimator. I was the first person at Ohio University to create a paint estimator which I created with Excel. After entering the estimated amount of mixed paint needed and the recipe ratio of raw colors, the spreadsheet outputs how many gallons of each color are needed. Although the scene designer changed the painter’s elevations late in the process, this preparation helped to give a base order that could be added to later.
